Teammate Compensation Packages

At Hohman Homes we understand that finding a company with a good cultural fit is important. But equally important is your compensation. That's why our model of compensation at Hohman Homes is aimed to provide the best value to all of our Teammates at every level of production.

A new Teammate to Hohman Homes can start their compensation plans at either the Silver, Titanium, or Gold levels - based on several factors including but not limited to previous real estate sales experience, previous business and educational achievements, and future ambition - and must meet the required goals in order to advance to the next compensation level.

 

Residential Sales - Commission Split Packages

  • Silver

    • Compensation

      • 70% agent commission split for sales

      • 80% agent commission split for tenant placement & referrals

      • $250 commission bonus on first closed transaction

  • Titanium

    • Compensation

      • 75% agent commission split for sales

      • 80% agent commission split for tenant placement & referrals

      • $250 commission bonus on first closed transaction at this level

      • Profit sharing opportunities available

    • Requirements

      • Minimum of 10 Transaction Partners with Hohman Homes; OR

      • Minimum of $2,000,000 sales volume with Hohman Homes

  • Gold

    • Compensation

      • 80% agent commission split for sales

      • 80% agent commission split for tenant placement & referrals

      • $500 commission bonus on first closed transaction at this level

      • Profit sharing opportunities available

    • Requirements

      • Minimum of 20 Transaction Partners with Hohman Homes; OR

      • Minimum of $2,000,000 sales volume with Hohman Homes

  • Platinum

    • Compensation

      • 85% agent commission split for sales

      • 85% agent commission split for tenant placement & referrals

      • $500 commission bonus on first closed transaction at this level

      • Profit sharing opportunities available

    • Requirements

      • Minimum of 20 Transaction Partners with Hohman Homes; AND

      • Minimum of $2,000,000 sales volume with Hohman Homes

  • Diamond

    • Compensation

      • 90% agent commission split for sales

      • 90% agent commission split for tenant placement & referrals

      • $1,000 commission bonus on first closed transaction

      • Profit sharing opportunities available

    • Requirements

      • Minimum of 50 Transaction Partners with Hohman Homes; AND

      • Minimum of $20,000,000 sales volume with Hohman Homes

Residential Sales - Monthly Fee + Transaction Fee

  • Accelerator Program

    • Compensation Package

      • $124 monthly fee

      • 80% agent commission split for tenant placement & referrals

      • All listings have an additional $550 marketing fee charged at the time of closing for listing pictures, videos, signage, and electronic lockbox usage

      • Transaction fee structure, based on the closing cost of the property:

        • $1 - $150,000: $250/transaction

        • $150,001 - $300,000: $300.00/transaction

        • $300,001 - $500,000: $350/transaction

        • $500,001 - $999,999: $400/transaction

        • $1,000,000: $500/transaction

Property Management

  • Full Service Property Management

    • Compensation

      • 80% of the monthly management fee if the landlord was procured by the property manager

      • 70% of the monthly management fee if the landlord was procured by the brokerage

      • 75% of first full month’s rent, after cooperating brokerage payment (if any), regardless of lead procurement cause

      • Profit sharing opportunities available

    Tenant Placement

    • Compensation

      • 50% of total tenant placement fees, after cooperating brokerage payment (if any)

      • Profit sharing opportunities available
