Business Background

Started working at the ripe age of 14 for McDonald's (Caspers Company) as I put myself through college. Worked in various legal fields and ultimately wanted a business of my own - hence the start of my real estate career!

Community Involvement

I am involved at citylife Church in Tampa. I am also a huge proponent of giving back to those less fortunate from serving food at Trinity Cafe, giving of my time at Metropolitan Ministries or simply making homeless bags to hand out in the streets.

Personal Info

I am a 3rd generation Tampian and love this city and can't imagine being anywhere else! I enjoy going to the beach, spending time with my family/friends, I also enjoy running in 90 degree heat and people watching. My girlfriend, Ashley and 2 kids, Gabriella and Isaac take up much of my time! We enjoy theme parks, the outdoors and watching Moana. Church is also very important to us.

10 Interesting Things You Need to Know About...
Aaron Patrinostro

Proudest Moment?
Being entrusted at the young age of 18 to run a multibillion dollar company, successfully might I add. I believe that everyone should work in retail or restaurant. It afforded me the opportunity to gain the work ethics and foundation to be who I am today.

Perfect Day?
Making a drive to the west coast of Florida to catch the sunrise while having a "breakfast drink" and food, spending the day out there and making it back to the east coast to see it set with the family and a picnic dinner in tow.

Favorite Neighborhood?
Westchase and South Tampa

Superhero Power?
Invisibility! I want to be that fly on the wall without being seen.

Experience Checked off Bucket List?
Having to run from a hurricane as a native Floridian was not something "on my bucket list" however, along came Hurricane Irma in September 2017. Thankfully, my family remained safe and we turned it into an unplanned vacation in Tennessee for the week!

Favorite Board/Card Game?
Monopoly, hands down. I must always be the banker.

What's for Dinner Tonight?
Grilled steak, mashed potatoes and broccoli. Medium rare please! To be honest, it's not about the dinner but the dessert - tiramisu anyone?

My inspiration comes from my faith and trust in God.

Most Binge-Watched Show?
Golden Girls - those are some funny women, Cops and Impractical Jokers

Best Business Advice?
Don't put something off until tomorrow that I can accomplish today.
